10/10 would recommend kidd smiles. Prior to coming to kidd smiles My daughter had a horrible experience and was afraid of dentists. Dr. Aaron was instrumental in helping her overcome that fear. He is patient and so kind to her. She now looks forward to her dental visits! Thank you for being so patient centered. What an amazing practice.
Absolutely horrible place. Twice came here before. Was happy with the service. But today running late. Notified of so. Was told there was a 10 minute grace period on the phone. Walked in 3 mins past the 10 minute grace time. And I was denied my appointment. I’m not gonna put my life and my daughter’s life at risk to make an appointment if traffic just isn’t flowing. My daughter has been a patient here for over 12 years. She’s never had a bad experience. Ever. They really understand kids and parents. The dentist can be a stressful environment for some but you won’t feel any stress here. 10/10 Dr. Jasmine is A+ and Doug at the front desk is a PTO and as friendly and accommodating as anyone could be! I am a care coordinator who works with children on the spectrum, and I just wanted to say how amazing this dental office is. This is truly your vocation. From the front office to every member of the team, I have nothing but positive things to say. My client was extremely nervous, but thanks to the compassionate and professional treatment she received, she was able to get through her appointment—something she hasn’t been able to do in years.
HIGHLY recommend! I've never come across a more friendly staff, who were more than kind to my young kids are aren't always the most well behaved. My boys didn't want to leave, it was a wonderfully decorated office with plenty of things to catch a child's eye and keep them busy. My son left with a 'goody bag' excited to get home and brush his teeth, couldn't believe my ears.
