We had an appointment at 1:00 and they took us right away! Dr. Tamar is a sweetheart, she put my daughter at ease and her assistant (forgot to ask his name) was very patient while giving my daughter X-rays. Great experience and staff!
Kids Smilze is the best they do a really good job. They are very good with children very professional very on time very organized and the front desk girls are very polite. I would recommend them to. Everyone
The ladies in the front handled the front desk well it’s a very busy office. The hygienist are great ! The insurance company is telling me one thing the office is telling me another today The office manager Rachel accuse me of insurance fraud that really pissed me off. It’s really upsetting because my son does not want to change his dentist Rachel was completely out of line and I don’t even want her apology. I used to go to the Merrick location and never had any issues! I called this location because it’s closer to my new house and I had a disappointing experience with this location. The phone etiquette was shockingly poor, Terry was abrupt and unhelpful when I called to ask about an appointment. Not only was I left feeling like my concerns weren’t valued, but there was also a distinct lack of sympathy or understanding, especially when dealing with a child’s dental needs.
