We had a fantastic experience at kiddsmiles. From the moment we walked in, the staff made my child feel comfortable and welcomed. The waiting area is bright and kid-friendly, and the hygienists are incredibly patient and gentle. Dr. is wonderful, so kind, knowledgeable, and great at explaining everything in a way that kids and parents can understand. My child actually looks forward to visits now, which says a lot. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a caring and professional pediatric dental team!
Staff is nice and friendly BUT you can NEVER get anyone on the phone and it is near impossible to get an appointment. My daughter had a cavity and they couldn’t see her for over a month to fix it. We had to leave the practice to get more efficient service but the hygienists were lovely
I've been bringing my kids to Kidssmile in North Babylon for the past 2 years, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is always professional, friendly, and welcoming. I've never had any issues and truly appreciate how well they take care of my little ones. Highly recommend!
The doctor was amazing to my six-year-old having a cavity filled. She sang to her to keep her calm and she was just amazing. We went in there today, thinking we might need laughing gas, but she had her so calm that we didn’t need it. Highly recommended
