Was referred to this dentist for children that have sensory issues. My son has autism and I figured this would be a great place to take him. Waited weeks for an appointment. When the day came, we checked in early. First red flag was the receptionist was rude and seemed to be annoyed checking in patients. Waited for a while in the waiting area. Kiddsmiles is a great dental office for kids - especially kids with sensory issues and dental anxiety. Talia made sure to walk my son through every step of the process. She was calm and explained everything she was doing before she did it and gave him breaks as needed. She made him feel comfortable and safe at all times. ⸻ I wouldn’t even give this place a star. I brought my son in as a new patient just for a simple cleaning, and they refused to see him because he can’t go in xray machines. The staff was extremely rude, and the dentist didn’t even come in to speak with us. They showed no care or compassion for patients. I would never recommend this office, especially for children with diabetes or any other disabilities.they also asked for paperwork for my son’s disability. From the moment we walk in, the experience is fantastic. The reception staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they go the extra mile to make my daughter feel comfortable. The hygienists are patient and gentle, and they take the time to explain everything to her in a kid-friendly way. All of the dentists who have seen my daughter are amazing!
