Kiddsmiles is a great dental office for kids - especially kids with sensory issues and dental anxiety. Talia made sure to walk my son through every step of the process. She was calm and explained everything she was doing before she did it and gave him breaks as needed. She made him feel comfortable and safe at all times. Dr. Tala is the best. She is extremely patient with my son. She explains everything she is doing what makes it easier for him to comply with her. There are not enough words to express how confident I feel bringing my son to her. I recommend her for special needs kids. She is the best!
From the moment we walk in, the experience is fantastic. The reception staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they go the extra mile to make my daughter feel comfortable. I am editing this review based on Nicole’s request*** Update: My previous review still stands, the lady answering the phone didn’t need to be rude and although Nicole has apologized on her behalf the deed had been done and cannot be undone. However, I did want to clarify their new patient fee for Cigna UFT, I called my insurance and they informed me that apparently they are allowed to charge the $75 consultation fee even though some other dental locations do waive the fee but that that is up to the discretion of the office.... read more
