it's pretty sad anyone else in the complex would've did it? They would've got a notice and vehicle towed at their expense but when your buddy buddy with management, you can get away with anything pretty sad right everyone else has to buy by the rules, but others feel because they do and watch Dog for management they can get away with everything sad.

The worst quality places is walls are thinner looks like 38 sheet rock you hear everything and the management don't care tell you they follow Virginia guide line people are rude. Doesn't matter how long you live here and UPA the company that runs it is just as much as a liar as the manager is there's better places on an in Virginia Beach.
