I called to get a part for my bathroom sink faucet. The part cost $13.95 and the shipping was $14.03. I called Kingston Brass and they said there is nothing they can do about it. I have now replaced two cartridges and two handle adapters and this has cost me over $500 with parts and plumbers. This is the worst product I have ever had and the worst customer service. They said to check with the warranty department but I told them I do not have the receipt as this was purchased by my plumber and he no longer has the receipt. I ... read more
Slipper Tub and Faucet: Terrible. The tub bottom is bubbling after only minimal use. Poor quality. The Kingston Brass faucet is equally subpar and disappointing as the hot handle hangs loose. The faucet sprays all over as well; removal of the small metal screen helped eliminate some spraying. The tub and faucet are both subpar and very disappointing. We regret installing these Kingston Brass products.
