Remodeled my bathroom and purchased Kingston Victorian cross handle faucets. Was very happy with them until recently when they began to rust at the bottom where they meet the sink. Reached out to Kingston and customer service rep. Melisa was amazing. After providing pics and proof of purchase, Kingston stood by their product and replaced the handles. What incredible customer service which is hard to find these days!
I ordered multiple fixtures from the Kingston Brass website. In total there were over 30 items. Two items were not in the order. I emailed customer service and received an automated acknowledgement immediately. Within two hours after that Maria Sanchez from customer support had reached out to me to confirm some additional information. I had purchased a freestanding tub filler several years ago and only had it installed this week due to construction delays. The tap looks great with our clawfoot tub but we immediately discovered the hand wand was leaking. After disassembly and reassembly by our plumber it was determined the diverter cartridge was defective from the factory. Their customer service is great! I had to call to place an order due to problems with payment. Catherine was extremely helpful and patient adding everything I needed one at a time and processing payment. Excited for our new faucets to come!
