Our complexes elevator broke for the first time. Not ideal but they had a technician out to fix it in less than 30 minutes. Was genuinely impressed, it's a giant elevator for tons of cars of course they break regularly. If you're here because your complexes lift is broke try calling the number on the control panel instead of your property manager, it'll get fixed faster.

I hate to be harsh here, but this company is borderline useless. I beyond recommend avoiding them at all costs. My business uses their system for our clients: it CONSTANTLY breaks down, a minimum of once every day or two. This means our staff have to take time out of their day to figure out a parking system that seems to have systemic design flaws and/or too many moving pieces. Excellent company, worked with our Architect & MEP's to coordinate our construction with Kraus's Parking System, prior to putting a shovel in the ground.

I was on the phone with service support at 12:20 pm on 12/20/25, the phone rep was very rude and hung up while I was asking questions about a service call.
