Koen is the best! Honest reliable service. Never try to upcharge. I've always been very happy with the service. My family has been using them for years. Today's service was a tub drain, but used for many things: water heater, garbage disposal, pipe repair, gas line, and toilet repair.

Mario and his helper arrived on time, asked what was needed and prepared a quote. They then proceeded to replace stems in three sets of faucets and rebuild a toilet. They were friendly, efficient and most knowledgeable. When they needed to go to the supply store for older parts, they returned quickly. I now know who will replace our water heater, which is aging, and I have found my plumber. Thank you Mario.

This was just the best service!! He fixed my problem quickly, told me how to get in touch with the manufacturer for a Free repair part and did not charge me. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This will definitely be my go to Plumbing service!

Koen has been our go-to team for plumbing work. They saved the day with a hot water pipe leak, they have fixed out hot water heater, and replaced cartridges in our shower faucets. The show up with smart solutions and lead with integrity in everything they do. We got their name from neighbors who have had similar experiences with they team. We highly reccomend Koen!

Koen Plumbing came out quickly on an icy day for an urgent plumbing issue. They were able to put a temporary resolution in place while waiting for warmer weather to do further troubleshooting, and provided estimates for both best and worse case scenarios, so I had an idea of what to expect. Then they came back as soon as the weather improved enough to do the work. Would definitely recommend!
