We used Mr. Pritchard 2 years ago and will continue to use this firm. You don’t always get the outcome you want in situations but honesty and integrity of this firm is out of this world amazing. We had no idea of how bad our life was fixing to be wrecked. They helped us out in the worse of worse case situation and worked double time to help us through. If I could give this firm 0 stars, I would. There is absolutely no communication and no common sense. All they did was waste my mom’s time and money. My mom was basically robbed without a gun by this firm. They continuously charged her but failed to ever reach out or keep her informed. My daughter had a case through the school and I was represented by this young guy name Quentin. I didn’t feel like he did his best . No she didn’t get charged because she was definitely 100% innocent of what she was being accused of and camera footage showed no evidence . Yet she still have this on her record. I don’t think he took my case serious enough . He was late to our meetings , he was spicy as far as how he talked to me or responded to my questions , and because of that I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
