I have attempted to call several times and was informed that Cassandra is the only person who handles new home health referrals. I have left multiple messages for her but have not received a return call. While I understand that it is the holiday season, the process should be better organized. Legacy has been a God sent to my mom and our family!! From the moment we were admitted to their services they have been amazing with my mom. Staff is just top notch.
