Contacting Legacy was the best decision my family made. Delia helped my father when he decided to go into hospice. She interviewed him in the morning and by the afternoon the nurse came to do an evaluation. He qualified for hospice. The nurses were great. We were able to call them at any time. Maria was awesome. I have attempted to call several times and was informed that Cassandra is the only person who handles new home health referrals. I have left multiple messages for her but have not received a return call. While I understand that it is the holiday season, the process should be better organized.
