Packers arrived late, movers arrived late, delivery arrived 6 hours late. Since unpacking, up to 12 claims due to poor packing and protection of furniture during transit. Lost items off furniture including bolts to baby grand piano leg and casters on wood, in-laid liquor cabinet. Damaged Craftsman rolling tool cabinet. No support after the move. Only from Mayflower, you get one claim in 9 months. How do you live with damaged furniture until all claims are discovered. There is so much damage.

What a seamless move experience! The administrative and moving teams were professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Marcus and his move team were very accommodating, patient and friendly. We were very happy with how our move went from start to finish.
