From the start of our move (in CT) to our destination (in FL), Matthew Sussman and his team (specifically Tami A. as coordinator, and Carlos H. and his two teams (CT & FL) of movers) were professional, supportive, engaged and a pleasure to work with. My experience with Liberty was excellent. The first crew that picked up my furnishings were extremely professional, wrapped all my valuables with extreme care. My possessions were out in storage for a few months and when I called to have the furnishings delivered to my new residence, they were extremely accommodating. And the crew that delivered the furnishings were very accommodating and professional. They were an excellent team and extremely careful. I highly recommend Liberty.

UPDATE- In response to Liberty. Yes I do have a connection with a former employee , which is why I chose to use Liberty, even after this employee stopped working there. As for my experience , this account is accurate. Actually, I wasn’t going to update, but here we are. My items were not picked up until 3/22 even after the back and forth and me expressing my concern of being unavailable for delivery after 3/26. Our move from Long Island, NY to NH went so smoothly and Movers Celso, Mauricio and Donnie were just fantastic. They worked so hard and were exceptionally efficient both packing and unpacking. They were so easy-going and a pleasure to communicate with, comically at times. It’s already been a month since our move and the positive experience is still being spoken of.
