Packers arrived late, movers arrived late, delivery arrived 6 hours late. Since unpacking, up to 12 claims due to poor packing and protection of furniture during transit. Lost items off furniture including bolts to baby grand piano leg and casters on wood, in-laid liquor cabinet. Damaged Craftsman rolling tool cabinet. No support after the move. Only from Mayflower, you get one claim in 9 months. How do you live with damaged furniture until all claims are discovered. There is so much damage.

We had to move an office from the east coast to the middle of the country in a fairly short window of time. This process could have been difficult (at best) to navigate from afar. Made promises they would help me make an insurance claim after movers didn’t wrap my bed before putting in truck and then they ghosted me. They also lied and said the elevator didn’t fit my couch. The couch was new and purchased a month ago. My building didn’t get new elevators in a month. Just lied over and over again. They say they will deal with the problems but they string you along

We used Liberty Moving & Storage to complete a cross-country move from NYC to LA. I reached out to several movers, but Liberty Moving was the most prompt, clear about pricing and scheduling, and was able to get me my preferred move out day. Jess Hensel was our assigned service associate, and she was super helpful. On moving day, they arrived as scheduled, and did an amazing job packing up our things. Liberty Moving & Storage Company assisted with my move from NYC to NC in February of 2022. A personal assistant was assigned to help with my move which included three stops, from two Apartments and one storage unit in New Jersey. On the day of the move, the movers were Efficient and speedy given they had to be at the storage Company in New Jersey by a Specified time. They did it!
