Our experience from beginning to end was great. The sales rep, Nirbhay, was laid back and not pushy in any way. He was knowledgeable about the product and has remained available via texting whenever we had/have questions. The installer, John, was also great. He was on time, knowledgeable, respectful, got right to work when he arrived, and didn't leave a mess when he left. LiveOak Fiber has done a tremendous service providing true optical fiber internet service to our home. They were professional, courteous and on time. The lifetime price guarantee was particularly good. I opted for the 500 M speed and consistently get over 500 Megs download and high 400 M upload speeds. I have had no outages with it and it's half the price of my Starlink service with almost 1/3 increase in speed.
I have used LiveOak Fiber for a few months now and have been very satisfied with the service. It is reliable and upload is as fast as the download. My latest encounter was the live chat option. I was interested in upgrading to a faster speed and had several questions. Parker Brown was patient and answered all of the questions quickly. Fantastic service install was perfect! My guy when over everything and made sure all the Tv ‘s were hooked up and working they said it would take 10 days to have someone burry the cable but they were there at 7:30 am on the second day! The internet service is great ! I give live Oak a 5star review!
LiveOak recently laid their cables in our neighborhood in about 5 days. They did an outstanding job with very little disturbance to grass and landscape areas. They came to my house to install right on schedule with a full explanation of what to expect before and during the process. It took about 1 1/2 hours to fully install. They came the next day and buried the cable in my yard and I really can't tell where they worked. My new internet service has been very good.
