I had an overall excellent experience with LiveOak when switching internet providers! The installer was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and had me up and running quickly. The internet speed was great. Dealing with the scheduling and sign-up was smooth. Their prices are great. I have nothing but good to say about them.

I was with Mediacom for 5 years - as there was no alternative. Then a guy came to my front door offering Liveoak fiber that was just installed on my street. While I was hesitant- I’m thrilled with the result. Installation was fast and easy. They came back 1 week later to bury the line as promised. And all has been great with the service for my first week. All the guys were great to deal with. Very happy with my decision.

Very impressed with Live Oak installation. Hunter was here just after 8 as scheduled. He got straight to work and explained exactly where he would need to drill to setup my router in my home. Hunter thoroughly cleaned up the debris pile created when he drilled through the wall. He even offered to get me logged into everything previously connected to the internet provider I have had since moving into my home in 2005. Thank you for a job well done.

Moving with renovations is such a daunting task. Never did I think setting up Live Oak would be so easy. Honestly, the technician was so fast I didn’t catch his name. But, he was polite, professional and respectful. Phillip explained everything and helped me decide on a package that was affordable and fit my family’s needs. Perfect from ordering my new service until completion. Very pleasant, keeping me up to date when they are coming, 15 minute call prior to arrival Super nice techician named Robert. Professional install showed me how to access my new wifi... wonderful experience. And price is very affordable and no contract and they even provided free router.
