Very impressed with Live Oak installation. Hunter was here just after 8 as scheduled. He got straight to work and explained exactly where he would need to drill to setup my router in my home. Hunter thoroughly cleaned up the debris pile created when he drilled through the wall. He even offered to get me logged into everything previously connected to the internet provider I have had since moving into my home in 2005. Thank you for a job well done.
I had an overall excellent experience with LiveOak when switching internet providers! The installer was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and had me up and running quickly. The internet speed was great. Dealing with the scheduling and sign-up was smooth. Their prices are great. I have nothing but good to say about them.
Great experience! At $59, no contract, compared to $70 for ATT internet 50, Live Oak is literally 10x faster. The installation person was friendly, efficient, and very informative. The 2 men who buried the cable from my house to the street were kind, quiet, and interesting to watch; you would never know they dug into my lawn for 40 feet! Thank you all.
I was with Mediacom for 5 years - as there was no alternative. Then a guy came to my front door offering Liveoak fiber that was just installed on my street. While I was hesitant- I’m thrilled with the result. Installation was fast and easy. They came back 1 week later to bury the line as promised. And all has been great with the service for my first week. All the guys were great to deal with. Very happy with my decision.
Our experience from beginning to end was great. The sales rep, Nirbhay, was laid back and not pushy in any way. He was knowledgeable about the product and has remained available via texting whenever we had/have questions. The installer, John, was also great. He was on time, knowledgeable, respectful, got right to work when he arrived, and didn't leave a mess when he left.
