Installation was great. The installer cam out earlier than I expected (but within the range of time given). He was really nice and professional. The service works great with no hiccups. I added my own mesh system to expand the signal and technical support picked up right away and was able to help me out quickly. Overall, I’m very pleased with LiveOak Fiber.

I am new to Live oak. The sales experience was excellent. The first outage we had was handled professionally. There was quick communication afterward promising to do better which was nice. So far, I will give them 5 stars and the benefit of the doubt.

Overall, I am very pleased. To begin with, the first call with a sales representative, I was extremely excited.. I was getting a great plan that met my needs, and at a affordable price! But alas, the day of install arrives and... It's a NO... The plan is signed up for would not work to meet my needs. Frustration level = maxed all the way out! Josh was one of the best installers that I have ever worked with - super kind, helpful, patient and deeply caring of the customer. He deserves 5 stars!! So far the service has been great as well.

We finally switched to Live Oak for internet and they made the installation super easy. They were done in less than 2 hours, even though we required a new line into the house, and we were up and running before they left. And the crew buried the line within 3 days after that. Perfect so far!
