Great company! Easy to do business with! I was able to submit my request for a new service on their website with a few easy questions. I promptly received a callback from a real person to answer any questions that I had, explaining the installation process, and was friendly and knowledgeable. So far it has been amazing. I have had the service for a little over a week. I have not had a single waver in service, no throttling of service speed, no dropping and reconnecting, no pauses or glitches when streaming. I originally signed up for 2 extenders based on my last experience with another provider that is nationwide and also one of the biggest cell service providers. Quality of internet service is great However after being with Liveoak for 2 years I received email and call from technician that my service price increase to $59 per month April 01,2026 .The technician stated I needed to provide proof of my contract stating $55 was Locked rate. Liveoak attended Urbana Perry Park NPA meeting with residents that our service price of $55 would be Lock in rate . Live oak needs to attend another meeting to inform our residents of the price increase

Fast reliable Internet. Amazing customer service. Our Internet went out a few times when we were getting our landscaping redone… The cord was accidentally cut… twice! Live Oak was amazing and quick to respond. I love that when you call someone actually picks up quickly!

We recently had LiveOak Fiber installed in our home. The installers did an EXCELLENT job of running the fiber line up though our attic and down inside a wall in our great room to our entertainment center! I highly recommend the installation crew that did our job! Since the installation, we have not had any outages whatsoever, just a smooth, high-speed internet connection that powers many devices in our home, and it's flawless.
