Great company! Easy to do business with! I was able to submit my request for a new service on their website with a few easy questions. I promptly received a callback from a real person to answer any questions that I had, explaining the installation process, and was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. He was very professional and helpful in connecting my devices to the new service. We recently had LiveOak Fiber installed in our home. The installers did an EXCELLENT job of running the fiber line up though our attic and down inside a wall in our great room to our entertainment center! I highly recommend the installation crew that did our job! Since the installation, we have not had any outages whatsoever, just a smooth, high-speed internet connection that powers many devices in our home, and it's flawless. Great customer service. Install and tech support staff actually show on time to appointments. My issue is with the internet service. LiveOak is barely matching the speed of my current fiber internet provider when I’m paying for double the speed. They’ve already sent tech support out to replace my gateway, but still no improvement. It’s been 2 weeks since my install. I really want to stick with LiveOak, but can’t pay more for lower quality internet than I was already getting. I was told that my installation from Live Oak would be between 1:00-3:00. I totally expected them to show up close to 3:00 but thankfully they showed up right at 1:00. The technician was super nice, it only took him about an hour to get me completely set up and he even took the time to make sure all of my devices were working properly. I was thrilled! I am so excited to finally have a great choice for internet service. Xfinity has never offered service like this.

So far so good, and fast. We have the basic package and it is a lot faster by a mile than our wireless AT&T internet. The technician was absolutely great, as was the customer service rep. Recommend if Live Oak is in your area.
