Lone Star worked with Interim Hospice to escort my loved one from our home to Lone Star's cremation facility. I was notified of every step of the process. Everyone I encountered was compassionate and professional. Thank you Lone Star for helping to make my loss bearable.
Thank you for taking care of my husband. He died two weeks prior to his 73 birthday, and two months before our 55 Anniversary. He was special to many, many friends and family and he will be missed. You were kind, quick to respond and keep me updated. That was a great help and comfort.
Went above and beyond expectations. We had trouble with the hospital and Lone Star showed up to move our loved one within the hour and handled all logistics with the autopsy provider.
