Fantastic. From start to finish this place was wonderful. 1. Responsive to calls and questions. 2. Compassionate. 3. VERY cost friendly. 4. Lone Star Cremation took very good care of my father's remains and personal effects. Their turn around time was faster than expected. Lone Star Cremation made a very difficult time much easier for our family. They were extremely affordable and handled everything with professionalism and care. The process was very timely, we had the remains within about two weeks, and the death certificates were ready within two weeks of finalizing the information. If you are considering cremation, these are the folks that you will want to handle your needs. They are very compassionate and will guide you through the entire process. When grieving one should not have to go on line and feel out forms. You shouldn't be told nothing will happen until you are paid. You have our most loved ones to hold on to till you get your money. This should be face to face. I made the same mistake in 2015 when I used you for my son's service. At least I spoke to a person. Jim Garrison told me to give you another try, what a joke. I hope I never have to put my daughter through this again.
