Lone Star Cremation made a very difficult time much easier for our family. They were extremely affordable and handled everything with professionalism and care. The process was very timely, we had the remains within about two weeks, and the death certificates were ready within two weeks of finalizing the information. Fantastic. From start to finish this place was wonderful. 1. Responsive to calls and questions. 2. Compassionate. 3. VERY cost friendly. 4. Did everything they said they would do at a wonderful price and did not try and upsell us anything. You just go online and choose want you want. Done. 5. Completely transparent pricing. 6. Lone Star Cremation took very good care of my father's remains and personal effects. Their turn around time was faster than expected. It’s been 18 days since my husband passed away and Lone Star picked up his body. We are still waiting …… have never once spoken to anyone to inform us as to the delay. While there is no maximum legal guideline it is well outside the normal window of time. One would think we would have been contacted but when you call you get an automated voice recording…..

If you are considering cremation, these are the folks that you will want to handle your needs. They are very compassionate and will guide you through the entire process.
