So happy with service. Very transparent, easy to deal with. I had to call a couple of times and they were very helpful. People were very nice. The gentleman that came to our house was so kind and respectful. I appreciate that so much. I've already recommended them to a friend.
Very reasonable and efficient. The only thing that I would have loved, is if when they picked him up, they would have covered him with a cover that had a flag since he was a veteran. The whole process was very smooth and I loved the veteran box that I was able to purchase.
Lone Star made a difficult process much easier and it was very affordable. They handled everything with dignity and professionalism. The entire process was done online and was very easy to understand. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional, quick turnaround to receive my moms ashes and death certificates. Can make arrangements online or in person. We actually went in to look at urns in person, even though there were lots more choices online if we wanted more options. They also offer many beautiful choices to memorialize your loved one, using their ashes, fingerprints, with jewelry etc. Lone Star Cremation not only took great care of us, but their pricing is about 1/3 the cost of using a funeral home for your cremation needs.
