I have a room in the center of my house that is pretty useless. I can't have an underground storm shelter due to bad joints. I've been looking for an above ground shelter for a while. Just had my Safe Room installed yesterday and I could not be happier! Mason's measurements and suggestions were spot on. Greg, the main installer, did a phenomenal job and you can tell he's a professional and has been doing this for a while. Excellent work performed and cleanup. Looks like it belongs in my master closet. Highly recommend this family owned company. They treat each other and their customers like they should :)
I really shopped around looking for tornado shelters/safe rooms. A new Texan and all, I needed something to help my family & sleep better at night knowing we have somewhere safe to get to in case there is a tornado. Great company to work with. Mason did a wonderful job as the point man - he was friendly and courteous. The installation crew was also friendly and courteous and the end product was exactly what was promised. My wife and I could not be happier for having a product that we hope we never have to use! I highly recommend Lone Star Safe Rooms.
I had the pleasure with working with Chad. He is so nice and helpful. I called him and texted him many times and he was always very kind and helpful. He gave me updates on my saferoom while the process was going. Checked in many times to be sure that i was always comfortable with what was going on. Overall this company gets a 10/10 from me and I recommend them for any above ground safe room tornado shelter.
