Well, I've waited about 9 months to post this review after hiring another weed control and fertilization company to make sure that Magnolia Lawn was in fact as bad as I thought they were. First minor issue I had with them - they told me that they would be able to mow the yard while doing weed control/fertilization. Two months later they call and tell me that they can no longer service our yard for maintenance because we are too far away. First let me say the office staff is exemplary. But, it goes downhill from there. I had to call the office more than a few times over the course of our lawn service. Sometimes they would forget to mow our back lawn, or miss spots on our front, not spray for weeds, not edge areas. For the whole winter they never blew the leaves out of our beds which they finally did in the Spring. I have been a customer of Magnolia Lawn for 15+ years and am always happy with their service. They are proactive and call to ensure that their service is satisfactory and always come back promptly to respray for weeds (when I call) on the occasion that it starts to rain shortly after a visit. I highly recommend them for their honest and professional service.

I love Magnolia Lawn! They make me feel like what I want or need really matters without me feeling like I'm a bother. I don't have to fight or argue like I have had to deal with with many other companies anytime anything comes up. If something come up in-between treatments they're happy to come out and retreat without anything being added to my account. I can call the main office and ask whatever I need without feeling like it's going to be a chore to do so. A very wonderful family run company feel. I unfortunately live too ... read more

Magnolia Lawn does our maintenance and our Lawn care treatments. They have done an Awesome job at getting rid of my weeds and grass healthy. The maintenance service is incredible. We love coming home to a freshly mowed and edge yard! Magnolia Lawn had made our lives so much easier so we have more time to Enjoy Life!
