I bought the SML07. it arrived at my home in 3 & 4 days in 5 boxes. The boxes weighed between 30 and 80lbs. I felt bad for the woman who worked for Fed Ex having to handle the boxes. I was home for the first 3 boxes but I wasn't for the last two. Assembly was not bad. You have to pay attention and refer back to the key for proper bolt size. Purchased the Home Gym Smith Machine SML01. It came well packed although some of the parts had a rusty dust on them. Ok, no problem. Easy to clean those up. However, the instructions are wrong, dead wrong in multiple places. 4 Times I had to go back and remove major parts in order to make other parts fit. Get your act together and fix the instructions. I would give 0 stars, but it will not let me. I placed an order with this company on December 3 and have not received any information about it. I have tried to contact Major Lutie several times via email, phone etc. and have not gotten an answer regarding my order. I believe this is a scam and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Had a problem with customer service. They made things right and restored my confidence same day!
I am very pleased with my purchase. It's very effective and I see fast results and change in my body already in just over two months
