My washing machine went out and was not worth repairing based on age and needed repairs. Alan was quick to find a replacement with a matching dryer. Both were delivered quickly before a holiday weekend. The delivery men were polite and did a great job with the installation of both washer and dryer. They hauled away the old units and cleaned up before they left my house. I will recommend Manna Distributors to family and friends.
We ordered a refrigerator and a freezer through Scott Harris who has been super unresponsive. He doesn’t answer the phone and barely answers emails. The refrigerator arrived damaged and they try to install it without even informing us. I just happen to be checking on the house and saw the damage. I wrote him and he told me that it would take weeks for the refrigerator to arrive and offered a $300 credit for a puncture in the insulation and stretched front. Our eighteen year old Monogram refrigerator and Viking range were malfunctioning again. Given that parts are no longer available we decided to upgrade to Subzero and Wolf.
