Mark and Megan were very helpful and politely patient during the process of my submitting some items for consignment or sale. Additionally, I find myself looking forward to new Medicine Man Gallery videos as they are always concise and informative.
I sent mark an email asking him to look at some photos of Navajo rugs to identify for authenticity. Got a response within 12 hours from someone whom I am sure is quite busy , so thank you mark and Megan for getting back to me so quickly . Amazing
Charles from The Medicine Man was a wonderful, knowledgeable guy! I got the name from Red Cloud in St Pete, Fl in regards to some Native American rugs that were ruined in Hurricane Helene that my father owned. I had spoke with Mark Sublette owner of Medicine Man Gallery. I have to say is one of the best in the Native American industry. He is a very knowledgeable man. I needed some info on two Navajo rugs and a Rio grande revival blanket circa 1940-60. The Navajo ones are from 1910 the other 1920. Also a small painting possibly done by Gerald Cassidy! I reached out to them for advice / help with a belt that I've been curious about for a long time and I was so surprised that not only did they reply quickly but they agreed to help me figure out this piece from AZ ( I'm in Cali) I was expecting a cold reply as good customer service is rare now and everyone wants to be paid for everything.
