I had spoke with Mark Sublette owner of Medicine Man Gallery. I have to say is one of the best in the Navajo industry business. He is a very knowledgeable man. I needed some info on two Navajo rugs I had came across one from 1910 the other 1920 and a small painting done by Gerald Cassidy. If you need info on a particular piece you have/collection. Or you’re just looking to fill your home with the Navajo style. I highly recommend you go to Mark Sublette Medicine Man Gallery.
Charles from The Medicine Man was a wonderful, knowledgeable guy! I got the name from Red Cloud in St Pete, Fl in regards to some Native American rugs that were ruined in Hurricane Helene that my father owned. I needed someone to identify them and let me know their worth so that I could submit to insurance. He was super prompt with his answer and it was greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
I bought a few things from them over the years. Indian art that has added such a great feel to my home. I try to stay out of there because they have way too much nice stuff that I want for my home! Very nice and knowledgeable people. Super nice place!
I reached out to Mark Sublette of Medicine Man Gallery about a unique Navajo cuff my husband bought in the 70's. He promptly responded and was able to give me some information about the piece.
Mark Sublette from Medicine Man Gallery is the most knowledgeable and helpful person I’ve met regarding Native American art and antiquities. He’s always willing to share his knowledge as well. He sold a valuable piece for me and I received much more than if I’d sold it myself and I run a successful antique store. Recommend w no reservations.
