Do not deal with them. They are very unprofessional. I request a call back, and they never call back. They won't tell you who your attorney is. They will never provide any important updates. I would know how my attorney is or who to contact right now, and I am a client. I have to ask very urgent questions regarding my claim, and they have yet to contact me back.
