Do not deal with them. They are very unprofessional. I request a call back, and they never call back. They won't tell you who your attorney is. They will never provide any important updates. I would know how my attorney is or who to contact right now, and I am a client. I have to ask very urgent questions regarding my claim, and they have yet to contact me back. Posting class action claims, claiming a solar company is committing fraud to sell arbitration cases that don’t require a lawyer. Contract literally states on front page they the length of contract term and being non-cancelling. They are stealing money from clients they’re not licensed to defend and know they can’t defend. They tried stealing from me.
Karim was awesome, extremely polite and very professional. He made me completely comfortable throughout the entire process. It was like chatting with an old friend.
