I reached out to this law firm in California to explore the possibility of a class action lawsuit against a Voice over IP telephone service provider. Do not deal with them. They are very unprofessional. I request a call back, and they never call back. They won't tell you who your attorney is. They will never provide any important updates. I would know how my attorney is or who to contact right now, and I am a client. I have to ask very urgent questions regarding my claim, and they have yet to contact me back. Also, the initial question interview took nearly 2 hours. I had to do it two times because the 1st time, the lady forgot to log my answers 😑😒. I think they are ove... read more
