Matrix helped us replace an outdoor gas line due to a leak. The issue was pinpointed quickly and we were advised of each step and future actions to be taken along the entire way. Pricing was discussed upfront once the problem was found with a plan of action and that was stuck to throughout the service. Great customer service, not our first time using them and would absolutely recommend them.
If you’ve got a gas leak, call Matrix and ask for Eddie. He was onsite fast, handled the repairs in a day, and was incredibly easy to deal with. He took the 'scare' out of the situation and charged a very fair price. I’m a very satisfied homeowner with total peace of mind!
These folks are fantastic. My wife and I found them on Google. Unfortunately when we moved into our "new to us" home fixer-upper, we encountered severe sewer drainage issues.
