Very frustrating to wait a month to see someone just for them to cancel an hour before the appointment and reschedule another month out. They also told me this morning that they report to ICE so please take caution in what you speak about.
I called while in a mental health crisis and in need of a safe space and they promised to get back to me and never did. While my last stay was pleasant, my initial “onboarding” before being taken to another unit resulted in me seeing staff make fun of patients clearly in psychosis and just letting them fight.
Whoever I spoke to on the phone could not have cared less about me or my mental health. I was involuntarily committed to a hospital after self harm, and I was told someone named Ashley would call me to follow up and offer therapy references. I waited and waited for a few days but heard nothing, so I called. Whoever I spoke to was yawning audibly into the phone and just being rude. She told me they wouldn’t be able to help me at all. Amazing staff and have helped me tremendously. They do important work and genuinely try to help everyone. These people deserve the upmost respect.
Literally don’t go here. I drive an hour to see them. I have changed case workers 3 times with no good reasons. They don’t care about you. The medicine persons schedule changes so when I go she’s never there. They don’t care about you at all. You don’t do appointments but when you do the walk in’s they take forever and don’t do anything. I have to drive an hour to meet my case worker, then drive an hour to talk to them, then drive an hour to see the medicine lady.
