Mercy Plumbing was amazing. John and Julian came out to look at my water heater and gave me a fair and transparent price right from the start. No upselling, no pressure, and no unnecessary add ons. They were honest, trustworthy, and truly focused on what I needed. They even flushed the lines in my attic for free, which was such a thoughtful surprise. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend Mercy Plumbing.

John is very knowledgeable. More important, he is honest and a straight shooter. He will tell you straight if something is not right and help you understand why. I like it. We had to reroute a gas line to the outdoor kitchen. I had another contractor come in to give me an estimate. But what John proposed was brilliant. Julian and his coworker did most of the work. I called to request a quote for a water heater installation and was told that someone would need to come out to assess the current setup in order to provide an accurate estimate, which I completely understand. However, during the call, the representative stated that he was “losing $100” just by being on the phone with me. That comment was off-putting and unprofessional, and it immediately changed my impression of the company. Last night i had a gas leakage in my dryer gas valve. It seems when LG technician was installing the new dryer they cracked the valve. Anyhow i contacted Mercy Plumbing late night, they responded immediately. Nathaniel showed up 10min prior and started to work on it. He checked the whole house if they were any leakage and he mentioned that it will take around 60~90min but actually finished in 45min. I spoke to John over the phone. He was able to give me a great deal for repairing a leaky exterior main water pipe and valve. Nathaniel came out for the same-day repair. He's very professional and courteous.
