We opened an account with Meridian because of Karla DeLacruz at the East Cheyenne Branch on Lincolnway. She has been phenomenal to work with during any encounter we have had. She is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. She has helped us trouble shoot concerns on a couple of occasions. She always handles our concerns with the utmost respect and always delivers a positive and timely outcome. Meridian is the best bank and credit union around. Kendra, Stacie, Michelle, Ada and Cindy work so well together and make it a great place to be. Everyone is so friendly when you go in and seem to really enjoy working there.
I went to Meridian trust to be able to get some money because my bank is in Washington state BECU and you folks are listed as being people that participate with that bank. I waited for 20 minutes and finally was told that you guys don’t participate and I left. You need to get your name off of a Shared bank. If you do not participate, I will never come to your bank again ever.
Complete joke, if you plan on getting a loan here do yourself a favor a look elsewhere. I was told that after paying off a vehicle I had to wait 10 days before they would mail the title even though it was a electronic transfer. 21 days later and 2 phone calls nothing but BS excuses on why the title has yet to be mailed out. And I can call back for an update. Trash institution with trash customer service.
Came in today to get some cash out of my checking account for vacation. I asked for $1000 cash in hundreds. The kind lady offered fifties. I asked why no hundreds and she said that they had "ran out" of 100 dollar bills! I told her that I would have to come back tomorrow. I'm not sure how often this situation happens nowadays, but it is the first time that I've encountered it at any bank and I'm older than 60.
