I came in to open a checking and savings account referred by my boyfriend. I’ve never used a credit union before and Michelle Sumner patiently explained the difference with me. She was thorough, friendly, forthcoming, and made me feel comfortable, important, and wanted!
They have gone out of their way to help me. When my husband passed away the were solicitous towards and told what paperwork to file and what I had to do to have my own account. They recognise when I come in and answer questions when needed.
Meridian is the best bank and credit union around. Kendra, Stacie, Michelle, Ada and Cindy work so well together and make it a great place to be. Everyone is so friendly when you go in and seem to really enjoy working there.
I was assisted and successfully completed the issue, which was minor but couldn't had proceeded through without bank staff. Meridian Trust has always been very helpful and friendly.
