I’ve been here for 5 years and i can truthfully say whenever I need assistance whether it be a question or maintenance the manager of the property Mrs. Elizabeth has always replied to emails promptly, made follow up calls to ensure everything was taken care of, and always addressing every problem or occurrence within the property. She always approaches with a welcoming demeanor and makes you feel comfortable. She makes this complex like her “home” and it’s appreciated!

I wish I could give it NO STARS. Apartments have a large infestation of water bugs and at least three different breeds of very large roaches. They get into every and anything, and they can fly. Largest one I have seen was the length of the palm of my hand. They claim they're handling the issue, but just spraying the cabinets upsets the bugs and make them go crazy. I was leased this apartment on The 17th of June. The landlord, Elizabeth Williams, told us the house had a few roaches but that it wasn't a big issue. We moved in and on our first night there, my sister(who is autistic by the way and allergic to roaches) and I were up all night fighting these bugs. Then the next day when I tried to clean up the bugs, more came and a lot of waterbugs kept coming. The landlord is trying to keep us in the lease, instead of just letting us break it. Stay FAR away from this complex and UPA.. I lived here from 2017 to 2018, and was never evicted. It was infested with roaches and had several issues with AC in summer and heat in the winter. Absolutely TERRIBLE place. When I moved out in 2018 I left my keys in the office and went on with my life. Now two years later I was just told by another property management company that UPA “evicted” me. This is a lie. They also told me that they are stating I owe them thousands of dollars....
