We've filmed a conference here 4 years in a row now, and Meydenbauer Center is a great place for conferences. The staff here are all amazing and keep the center running very smoothly. And the food has been fantastic, serving breakfast and lunch plus all sorts of snacks during breaks, for all 4 days of the event. There is a great outdoor area for the times when the sun is shining and people need to take a break from the event. Lots of seating. The rooms are set up great for presentations. It's a beautiful venue inside.
Came here to compete in the emerald cup and the facilities are really top-notch. Plenty of room to do everything we needed to do the layout is great and the whole perfect for large crowds. My only complaint is that as a competitor going in and out and having to pay for parking each time in the indoor lot seems ridiculous. I did not know that they had an outside lot where you can go in and out until it was too late. Visited Meydenbauer center for the Japan Fair event and Preggo Expo. The center seems streamlined with welcome space upon entry before going into the main room on the right hand side. It is clean, open, and easy to navigate. I wouldn't mind hosting big events here. The only tricky part is the parking. Lucky if you get a street parking. We had to pay $12 for an underground parking and walk about 3 min to the center. The center is walkable from the Bellevue square mall
We went for the annual BrickCon event. There is pay parking at the center, but there are options of street parking if you are willing to walk a couple of blocks. When we went parking was already filled so parking is limited on site. This is a 30K+ square foot exhibition center. Nicely laid out with seating and easily accessible entryways. Midas 5-stars for the cleanliness and easily accessible entryways.
Super easy access off the freeway HOV lane. Great event center. The dinner they served was for over 600 ppl and was absolutely amazing.
