Buyer beware. I tried to purchase through the website and, like many others, got an email stating the shirts were out of stock. I was told to pick a different color, but I needed navy. I requested a refund on November 25, 2024. I was then sent an email stating I needed to make a return and once they received it then I could receive a refund. I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER SINCE IT WAS OUT OF STOCK. I have emailed twice and been told both times that the refund will be processed in 7-10 business days. I have YET TO RECEIVE A REFUN... read more
SCAM! Do not buy from them. I placed an order for compression shirts almost two months ago and still haven’t received anything. I contacted customer service to request a refund, but they keep claiming the order is fulfilled and ready to ship, so they can’t issue a refund. However, there’s still no tracking number or any updates on my order.
I placed an order on line and never received it. I reached out to the store and was told one item was out of stock and the other was delayed. I requested a refund for and only received half of the refund. This is a scam. This business has an F with the Better Business Bureau.
Worst company I have ever dealt with, the lack of customer service is incredible. Ordered a pair of shoes 2 months ago and they replied it was out of stock even though it appeared it was in stock, I asked them if could choose another style so I don't lose my Shop points and they said yes.
