Buyer beware. I tried to purchase through the website and, like many others, got an email stating the shirts were out of stock. I was told to pick a different color, but I needed navy. I requested a refund on November 25, 2024. I was then sent an email stating I needed to make a return and once they received it then I could receive a refund. I ordered a pair of Nike shorts online as they were listed as being in stock. After a week with no shipping email or tracking information I reached out to the Midway Sports. They told me that they are no longer in stock and now I would have to wait about two weeks for them to ship. After two weeks go by, I again reach out to Midway and they said that Nike still has not processed the order and I will continue to have to wait. I ask them to cancel my order and give me a refund. Do not buy from here. Scam website. When you call for a refund they send you to an Indian call center. I’ve been waiting a month for a refund. They said 7-10 business days.
I purchased two Dri-Fit Compression Tanka for my son for Christmas and was very impressed with the fast shipment of these items. I plan on purchasing from them in the future!
The return policy on their website is misleading. They do not offer returns or exchanges so you better make sure what you order fits because you will be stuck with it if not. The refund/exchange policy should be removed from the website.
