Sales guy was good and purchase process was fine. However the trailer showed up so dirty and stained from sitting on their lot I had to pay $2500 to get it detailed. I contacted them and sent a copy of my invoice but never heard back anyone. Not how I’d run my business. Update *** Nice try with the reply. The delivery guy said he picked it up that way. I recently purchased a used millennium trailers 48' icon with very low use on it. As a drag racer of years who has spent a lot of time at the track with friends and family seeing trailers inside and out. I must say that Millennium Trailers are top-notch. Extremely well built trailers!! It's definitely worth every penny ! I was extremely excited to get it from my buddy who needed cash quickly and picked it up for 50k with only 2,800 miles on it.
I purchased a custom 38' toy hauler triple axle, with living quarters. Working with Jeff was great and the office personal doing business with. I was very pleased with the delivery to Arizona. When I seen it, it was more than I expected, it was beautiful. Outside is charcoal color as the inside. This is an excellent trailer dealership in every way. I called Jeff N. on a Friday afternoon after seeing an online listing for an enclosed trailer. He stayed in touch through the weekend and texted me videos of another used trailer that was not yet listed with suited my needs even better than the one I had in mind.
