I recently purchased a used millennium trailers 48' icon with very low use on it. As a drag racer of years who has spent a lot of time at the track with friends and family seeing trailers inside and out. I must say that Millennium Trailers are top-notch. Extremely well built trailers!! It's definitely worth every penny ! I was extremely excited to get it from my buddy who needed cash quickly and picked it up for 50k with only 2,800 miles on it.
Bought a new Stealth Diamondback toy hauler from Millennium Trailers. Brian was my sales rep and he was very communicative, easy to work with, and knowledgeable about all the trailers on the lot. We drove to Indy from Nashville TN to pick it up, and Millennium Trailers was flexible about the pick-up date, as long as we kept them in the loop. Customer service is non-existent. I Bought a 60,000 trailer 1 year ago. Within the first month I filed a warranty claim on their website. no one ever contacted me. I have tried for a year to communicate with the Salesman, Service Manager, and Owner. No one will talk to me. once they get their money the communication ends! Issues I have with my trailer, This is a deck over trailer: Hitch height is 32 in. Normal is close to 21 in. Side door step is 42 inches high. Way to high to use. I would like to say that Sharon was very helpful with a couple of issues that I had. She ordered the parts and scheduled the installation quicker than I would ever expected.
