Came here for the Avatar the last Airbender pre-release event. The companion app said at started at 11, the website said 1130 and here it is noon and we're just sitting here with no product waiting around. If I had known the even would be OVER AN HOUR LATE I wouldn't have come here. This store is VERY poorly organized. I cannot recommend this
Horrible experience. Do not go here. I’ve been going to this store for gaming purchases because the location is convenient. However, enough is enough. Staff members are rude. Event game play (which I have gone to twice) is always late. People new to a game (like myself) are not welcome here. No one explains the rules (even for new releases). Staff members running an event do not care and treat you like an inconvenience for asking questions. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Do not support this store.
This place is my go to order store. I moved to Singapore from US and love how on the ball they are with shipping. I order less than 2 weeks it's at my door. We usually dont get D&D books here till 3 mos after release and I hate to wait. Thanks to them I dont need to.
Great local gaming store. Plenty of tables, good board game and mini stocks. They have plenty of events, but I know this from signs and other friends and family that attend. From the friends and family that frequent here, they love this store. Show up and support them if you can. Great place for gifts
Attended a tabletop tournament here and had a blast. The staff was friendly and the store itself has a TON of sets/paints/tools for miniatures and wargaming. Also some VERY reasonably priced Gundam Model kits. The only downside that I had is that they offer sealed Pokemon cards at "market price", which means 2x the MSRP at least. I do understand the current conditions of the hobby pushes stores to have to do this, but it just isn't something I can get behind and have to knock off a star for it.
