I was very pleased with the customer service to include the updates and follow ups. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Lisa and James were very knowledgeable about the product explaining everything thoroughly. When it was time to install, the installers were very respectful and also explained the ins and outs of the door. They made sure to clean up behind themselves. I could not have been more pleased! It added a touch of class and elegance to my traditional home!
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with an iron door installation completed by your company. I had two new iron doors installed by MS Iron Works. Recently, I began to notice signs of rust developing on the door. I contacted the company and provided detailed pictures of the rust damage. After reviewing the pictures, a service appointment was scheduled to address the rust issue. I am so very pleased with my new door. It is heavy and solid. The installers were very professional, taking the time to explain the process. They cleaned up and took away the old door and all the construction debris. I would definitely trust Mississippi Iron Works.
They will build you a beautiful door, but their customer service could be improved. Their sales pitch includes telling you the price will be one price today but will go up the next day pressuring you into going ahead and saying you will buy it at the lower price. They tell you they will come out and measure your space so it fits exactly. They installed our door before it got bricked. We realized after it was bricked that the door jam was not right. Over all my experience has been good. The doors I bought are beautiful and they arrived a lot faster than anticipated. The downside was the communication factor on what type of glass I wanted in the front door. Not everybody was on the same page as the catalogue needed updating as to choices of style. The one I chose had been discontinued and evidently my salesman had not been made aware of the changes either, so an alternative was used but I was not advised so there was confusion when the glass arrived several days after... read more
