Dr. Hodges listened to my story (30 year old implant), developed a plan that I am happy with and explained everything in detail! I feel like he really cared and wanted to best for me. He wasn't buried in a laptop, not making eye contact like so many other doctor's offices treat you. He was fully engaged in my care. The clerical and nursing staff were great as well. Very approachable and knowledgable about procedures and the processes. A very wonderful experience!
The financial lady gave me the run around for 6 weeks even though I explicitly told her my insurance company does not do prior auths. She told me she had been trying to get ahold of my insurance company and no one answered. I called with her on the phone and got someone the first try (it was because she was trying to find a prior authorization dept that didn’t exist). Dr. Dillow is the best! He has taken care of me so well with any issue I have had with my skin and helped remove a skin cancer I had on my face with a minimal scar! I wouldn't allow or want anyone else cutting my face!
Dr. Leahy was amazing. So sweet, easy to talk with, felt comfortable with him and his bed side manner was perfect. He helped me fix an issue I had and I am so incredibly pleased with the whole experience. Thank you!!
Kristen is an incredible injection nurse. She never tries to push you into more product. Her work is impeccable!
