Between Dr Steen and Victoria (Dr Steen's nurse) I could not have been happier with whole process and of course the outcome. They both did a great job explaining procedure. Everything went according to plan. My surgery was on a Friday and was not going to see Dr. Steen until Monday. Dr. Steen was very clear about the procedure and knowledgable about all the questions and concerns that I had. Her bedside manner was sensational. I felt as though she genuinely cared about me and my concerns.
Dr. Steen and her nurse Victoria made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I rescheduled my surgery a few times and they were always more than accommodating. I told them the look I was going for and they delivered! I would trust them with any and all procedures I need in the future!
