We had a bathtub shower combo faucet replaced yesterday. I thought the quote was high, almost $2,000 but I didn't feel i was in a position to shop around as there was a problem completely shutting off the faucet. The technician broke several tiles in the effort to fix the faucet. He then said it was inevitable and he would cover the hole with plastic and speak with his boss on Monday and that we needed to pay in full before he left. Mason Green came out to set up our swamp cooler for the season and he was fabulous! Very friendly, skilled, and very helpful! He got the unit set up, helped with a leaking outside faucet and went the extra mile to clean the swamp cooler really well! It works perfectly! Mason deserves a raise! Jerry did a fantastic job. He found the main problem within a few minutes, and found a few other issues as well. He replaced the old, original disposal, and plumbed it correctly, tightened the sink, which was ready to come loose and put in a new faucet for me. He and his apprentice, Nader, completed all this in about two hours. All this work included the time spent picking up the new disposal and faucet. We have had these guys out in 2017 in response to another company getting their camera stuck and not being able to proceed. They fixed the problem and when we went to sell the house we needed several things addressed and they were able to address them all. Gabe M. really went above and beyond to help us with the HVAC. We really appreciate the service from them. For the bigger jobs we have had they have had very competitive prices.

We needed our waste water ejection pit replaced. Jerry did an outstanding job. He protected the area around where the work was being done and wore booties in the house. He had a big job of breaking the concrete, taking out the old pit, adding the new and pouring new concrete. He worked hard and completed it in one day. He cleaned from where the work was in the basement all the way to the front door. Highly recommend Jerry and his team at mountain valley. I will use them again for any plumbing needs.
