Just seen this place on TV... They are going to put a lien against your property for giving you a small loan. They pray on minorities and old people... The contract is for 40 yrs so they put a lien against your property. They give you 1000 and they take up to 10000. And they are calling the lien a 2nd mortgage against your home... Another Florida scam artist company... If they call you call your state attorneys office.
STAY AWAY. DO NOT CONSIDER. would give 0 if i could. absolutely horrible people running this company. preying on people and lying. they will make a fake appraisal number for your home that’s 100k+ over the amount so you have to pay them out more to get rid of their “lien”. This is not worth the amount of chump change that they give you. if you plan on passing your house along to your children, this will be passed along to your kids.
SELLER BEWARE of MV Realty to sell your home. They give you money for a 30-year contract that forces you to sell your house through them only and if you do leave, they will sue you. Natalia Vico and Leonel Sanchez are incompetent and unskilled, also not professional, who NOT ONCE came to see the house, and neither ever showed the house to anyone. Deceptive practice MV Reality is taking advantage of people. I’m out of $40k Lawsuits are pending against MV Reality. CROOKS I’m disable on a fix income. Memorandum doesn’t mean lien. I guarantee no one in their right mind will agree to a contract that says $800.00 payment would act as a lien on their property and deed. I spoke to rep as soon as I discovered the lien. Beware this is a fraudulent company read the fine print. Your contract is for 40 years they have swindled elderly in over 7 states. If you try to contact them to sell your house and are forced to use them as your realtor it's a scam. Beware
