I was conned into signing an agreement to grant MV Realty exclusive listing rights to my home. I discovered that a lien was placed on my property when I attempted to get equity from my home. This agreement is for 40 years!!!********** and ******* has filed an injunction. However, ****** has not.

This company is horible. I can not get on contact with anyone. I have emailed them and called. They have put a lein on my home which stops me from doing anything. I feel trapped in this predatory actions.

I signed a *** (homeowner's benefit agreement) with MV Realty in September of 2022. It is now 2025 and, after performing a title scan and receiving a report, it appears that they filed a memorandum lien of the *** on my property without my knowledge or informed consent. It seems that the terms and conditions have since been provided on their website, but I have never received a copy of the agreement or clarification of the extent of MV Realty's listing exclusivity.After contacting them multiple times - leaving messages, spea... read more

I am working in behalf of a 75 year old man that was door knocked by ******* ********* at MV Realty to have him sign a contract to use her as his selling agent when he listed his home. He was never told she would put a lien on his home, and now he is trying to refinance and they are charging him $10,600 to remove the lien. This is elder abuse at it's finest!! This is criminal and why after all of these reviews the authorities have not put a stop to this is insane!!! I would give a negative 5 stars if I could.

I had to pay 3% commission plus an early termination fee when I sold my condo to MV Realty. I used no other ******************** I brought the buyer to table, they did nothing. At closing the title company had to take the 3% plus the termination fee before they could release the lien. I lost a great deal of the proceeds from that transaction. Now I don't know if I'll ever be able to get this money back. My husband died in September worried sick that I would never be able to sell our home.******* ********

I worked for MV Realty as a Transfer Specialist in 2022. And I want you all to know the managers were lying to the transfer specialists about what was in the contract. We asked multiple times if a lein was put on the home, and we were told no. We were never shown the contract either, so we really didn't know what we were promoting. Our entire job was to call the leads, pitch what was in the script, and transfer them to the realtor. We were lied to and scammed. I acceptes the $1200.00 MV Realty offered homeowners during Covid. In hindsight I wish I has passes it up. About 6 months ago I had my house listed with MV. They took 21 mediocre photos and posted them on the ***. They did absolutely nothing more. Even when asked they failed to get feedbaxl from the 4 yes only 4 times the house waa shown. They wasted my time. The price they suggested was almost 100k more than the price their main office waa emailing me.
