I’m a Seattle realtor and, in my opinion, MV Realty’s approach is soul-less: they dangle inflated, unrealistic property values to maximize what they collect, often from people in vulnerable situations. The result? Families feel misled and stuck with terms that don’t serve them. Piss poor company, they are ruthless and not there to care for you or your property. They have had class action lawsuits due to being unfit to do business. Sales agents all quit that we're in Georgia. They rob people. For a $250 gift they put lean on my property for 40 years and want $8000.00 to cancel contract without them lifting a finger. i seriously do not know how this company is still in business. They do not act in the best interest of any homeowner as a real estate brokerage should. As an investor i have come across multiple homes this year that had an MOC filed on their home and MV realty is unresponsive and uncooperative. Truly feel bad for homeowners who get persuaded into using them. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Just seen this place on TV... They are going to put a lien against your property for giving you a small loan. They pray on minorities and old people... The contract is for 40 yrs so they put a lien against your property. They give you 1000 and they take up to 10000. And they are calling the lien a 2nd mortgage against your home... Another Florida scam artist company... If they call you call your state attorneys office.
I wouldn’t give A five star rating if I didn’t mean it and trust me I mean what I say they stand behind what they do.
