MV Realty is practicing illegally. Being Sued in 12 states. A ************************************** **. NEVER use them. A $500 loan became over a $5000 payment. Interesting! MV used to be so attentive to responding to these types of claims (below) and now they've gone silent. I worked for them as a sales person. The company is completely fraudulent and the 'executive' team are smug, unapologetic, bullies who've surrounded themselves with a team of smarmy lawyer in an attempt to protect their greed and thievery at the highest level.

MV Realty Scammed us back in 2020 during the pandemic during a hard time they offered us $1100.00 to let them sell our house if and when we decided to sell, my husband and I are over 60 years of age. I have tried to call them several times and have received no calls back. The contract is for 40 years and if we go with anyone else we would have to pay them 3% of sales price. What a scam.
MV realty scammed ****** from me. I'm a wife of a veteran that passed away 2020 due to a massive brain hemorrhage due to covid-19. He brought in $6,000 a month and knocked me down to $2,300 within a matter of month after my husband passed away. This company come knocking at my door. Literally, the worst company to ever call themselves a ******************** how and why they are even in business still is a mystery to me. Theyre the biggest scammers Ive ever seen in this space of business and Im not even the seller dealing with them. We bought a property that had expired that they listed, and they attached a $15,000 lien on it plus a $590 TC fee that had absolutely nothing to do with the transaction. At the time I needed money, they offered me a small amount, if they could list my house if I ever sold it. At that time I was sick my ability to make decisions was clouded with sickness. I could not leave the house. I fell upon hard times and have to sell my house. I am 70 years old, on a fixed income, I live here alone, no family or friends to reach out to. These people are scamming elderly people out of money they cannot afford to lose. Now I am trying to prevent having to live on the streets.
The **************** needs to revoke their license and make sure they dont do this to homeowners. They are scammers.
This is the worse company ever. We signed with them because they told us our house would sell for $634k and we were low on funds. They offered us $1,500 to sign with them. They never came to our house to do a true estimate of what our house is worth. I let them know the ac was out and of a few other problems. The highest offer we ever received was $534k.
