Terrible service and response buyer beware. We own our home and wanted to do a simple cash out. Regardless of what they may say, the membership is a lien and considered a cloud over any loan consideration. We requested a simple removal for 45 days and are literally to this day still waiting for a simple letter to be sent to title for recording. I signed the homeowners benefit agreement in 2019. I decided to sell my home in April 2022. I listed with MV Realty for 6 months as required by the agreement. I signed the listing on April 8 they post dated my listing contract to April 13, the pictures were taken after the 13th and the sign finally appeared around April 22. Then it went live on MLS for $450,00. ??This company Doesnt even deserve One Star! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst experience as a Homeowner I have ever experienced! My Realtor never even showed my house once! I had to call and text my so called Realtor to do his job! Not one Open House! I even told him to get his Sign and lock box off my property!
