Clean operation. The General Manager is so good! Huge facility and has everything you need to get going on your fitness. Really happy with this location.
MVP Rockford is the one I attend. It is clean, bright, well equipped and well run. The staff is friendly and efficient. It has pickleball, tennis, walking track, and a great turf area for training. The pool area is the best! I only have one complaint the rap and heavy metal music they play during the day when there are mostly grey haired people working out. How about some music with a danceable beat. 50s, 60s even disco!
Mismanaged and Unauthorized charges: Lori charged my card on file additional $ right after I paid in full, then insisted I could only have a credit back, so I had to argue it. 4 kids were harassing me in the pool, but I was still nice and moved out of the way (tho another member wanted to complain). I got home to a mean email from Kristine to stay away from them. We did not want music because the lifeguard could not hear us scream for help, but that caused months of anger. MVP Rockford is amazing. The best facility ever. Clean and heated with the best classes. The trainers are motivated and spectacular. I love the cold plunge, hot tube and steam finisher. A great way to start the day.
The Rockford MVP staff are very friendly and instructors/trainers are very knowledgeable. I workout first thing in the morning and have made a lot of new friends over the past 8 years. The culture is one of encouragement and high fives. I do the sprint 45, zone 45 and torch 45 classes burning on average over 1,500 calories each class. I also use the personal group training for my heavy lifting days. This year on average I have safely lifted 22,400 lbs each lifting day.
