MVP Rockford is fantastic! It’s always clean, fresh, tons of free play court options and $8 classes to choose from, lots of workout equipment, indoor basketball/tennis/pickleball courts, a few pools, a huge hot tub, ice bath, plenty of showers and included amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotions, blow dryer, towels, feminine products, etc.). MVP Rockford is the one I attend. It is clean, bright, well equipped and well run. The staff is friendly and efficient. It has pickleball, tennis, walking track, and a great turf area for training. The pool area is the best! I only have one complaint the rap and heavy metal music they play during the day when there are mostly grey haired people working out. How about some music with a danceable beat. 50s, 60s even disco!
I have been a member of MVP for years. The equipment is well maintained and continuously cleaned and sanitized. I cannot say enough good about the staff….they are always happy and available to assist with questions about equipment, fitness, and classes. In addition to equipment and plenty of floor space for individual workouts, there are class options for every interest and ability. I highly recommend this fitness center.
MVP Rockford offers a variety of great amenities including many awesome classes from turf, to court, to cycle, to classroom!!! Rockford has two beautiful pools. 4 Lane lap pool (81-82 degrees), warm pool (93-94 degrees) great for kiddos and swimming lessons and everyone else who loves warm swimming. The Rockford MVP staff are very friendly and instructors/trainers are very knowledgeable. I workout first thing in the morning and have made a lot of new friends over the past 8 years. The culture is one of encouragement and high fives. I do the sprint 45, zone 45 and torch 45 classes burning on average over 1,500 calories each class. I also use the personal group training for my heavy lifting days. This year on average I have safely lifted 22,400 lbs each lifting day.
