I can’t recommend Josh enough. You can tell he’s genuinely passionate about what he does, and I know he does his own research independently - it shows. In just a few weeks he got me excited about my health again and gave me the momentum to keep going. Nothing but the highest regards - bright future ahead for him.

Great gym with lots of space! I stopped in today and was able to get in a solid leg workout. There are expansions happening, lots of additional equipment to use for stretching, mobility, core, etc. one floor is locker rooms with sauna & Steam room, as well as spin room and the cardio equipment, the next level is the weights and big open turf area

Love working out here and being part of the MVP team! My husband and I are so grateful for this space—so close and convenient and has great offerings! There is such a good community here—whether you are a first time guest, member, or team member.

I had a frustrating experience scheduling my included personal training sessions at MVP Metro Fitness Club. I arrived 6 minutes late to my first session due to road conditions and was made to wait 30 minutes while the trainer finished his own workout. For the second session, he canceled 20 minutes before — then was later seen training someone else. Not a great first impression for a new member. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t personally recommend Brendan as a trainer.

Really nice gym & club downtown! Very clean locker room, nice bball court, free weights, cardio equipment dispersed over multiple floors. Friendly staff and complimentary one-day pass!
