W haven't gone in quite a while but it's not because it wasn't a good experience. It's a great place and we intend to come back again as our doctors have strongly recommended it. The pool was great and it relieved a lot of my arthritis pain and the workout machines like the treadmill and strength machines I really enjoyed. So all in all we will be back very soon and looking forward to it great experience as before.
Thought I canceled my membership in January. Woke up this morning to another charge. Haven’t been to the gym all month and didn’t even know I was still signed up. Called for help and the manager just hid behind “policy” and paperwork. No effort to help at all. This place is $150 a month and half the equipment doesn’t work. For that price, the service is embarrassing. Don’t come here. YMCA actually cares about their members. This place just cares about your money.
I recently had a letter about my membership being cancelled...I spoke to ?? Stephanie?? In sales who investigated and promptly phoned me the next day to let me know my membership was secure...I love going to MVP and would really prefer being there every day...We really enjoy Aquafit with Keegan on Tuesday and Thursday...Aqua Zumba was great too but I'm unable to get to that.. their classes are great! I hope you can check them out and join us
We’re members for many years.no longer a member. Now at different club(s) Decent facility but the biggest negative was the cleanliness. Showers not kept clean, carpets in lockers rooms looked pretty bad at times and whirlpool was often so dirty I would not get in.
I very much enjoy the facility. Some of the equipment and facilities are being to wear as I’m sure you know. I know they are being attended to. My real concern are the recent management changes - stopping and removing all points, changing membership arrangements, cutting senior payment arrangements. Some of the perks that MVP offered are gone. In particular you’re making it difficult to strongly recommend.
