I recently had a letter about my membership being cancelled...I spoke to ?? Stephanie?? In sales who investigated and promptly phoned me the next day to let me know my membership was secure...I love going to MVP and would really prefer being there every day...We really enjoy Aquafit with Keegan on Tuesday and Thursday...Aqua Zumba was great too but I'm unable to get to that.. their classes are great! I hope you can check them out and join us
I very much enjoy the facility. Some of the equipment and facilities are being to wear as I’m sure you know. I know they are being attended to. My real concern are the recent management changes - stopping and removing all points, changing membership arrangements, cutting senior payment arrangements. Some of the perks that MVP offered are gone. In particular you’re making it difficult to strongly recommend.
We’re members for many years.no longer a member. Now at different club(s) Decent facility but the biggest negative was the cleanliness. Showers not kept clean, carpets in lockers rooms looked pretty bad at times and whirlpool was often so dirty I would not get in.
Loud, driving music— especially in the hot tub and dressing room— makes it hard to get the stress reduction of yoga, therapeutic pool. The music is not pleasant for all personalities— but it’s forced on you. I see management’s response but nothing has changed despite many people noting this to various staff. Sad - because it’s also less likely to have casual conversations— the sound creates less relaxation and more isolation. 😔😔
I have enjoyed various aspects of your facility as well as Crahen over the past 15-20 years. I am almost 79, so of late, I have taken advantage of the Well-Fit Program. I am very disappointed that the Optum company has decided it is not a benefit anymore. I also enjoyed some of the aquatic classes when I was having health challenges. I will sorely miss your company. It was perfect for my husband and I for years. He has not passed on but he loved to work out in the gym and take advantage of the hot tub etc. The best to you fo... read more
