I hated sports for 27 years, but these guys changed my mind, and I'm running to training every day with Theo, Mike, and Amanda! You guys are amazing. The receptionists are always smiling and very attentive and friendly. I love you guys, and the whole team is wonderful! Theo is incredibly attentive, with a wonderful vibe and always in a good mood. I joined New Dimensions about a month ago after being recommended by friend Dr. Karan, and it’s been an amazing experience so far. After years at a traditional gym, I was looking for something different & this has exceeded my expectations. I’ve already noticed a big improvement in my mobility and strength. I’ve never before worked with a wellness team that was so invested, not only in my physical well-being, but my mental and emotional well-being as well. From my first day at New Dimensions I felt welcomed and included and everybody knew my name like Cheers! 😊 Within a few short weeks, my body showed visible results from their approach to dynamic body movements and strength training. Great experience as soon as I entered the facility. Greeted with a smile and big welcome. Elizabeth is a ray of sunshine. The trainers are experienced and well-trained. Mike and Theo will put you through the paces for optimal improvement. Ismari is a top-notch technician for body alignment and movement training. After each visit details are kept in your personal database to ensure continuity from person to person for consistency of care. I give them 5-Stars all day!
