I love New Dimensions! I have been a member for almost two years and this wellness center is phenomenal! The personal trainers, massage therapists, physical therapists and others all work together to give you a health and fitness plan that works for you. I love the workouts, classes and amazing recovery therapies provided as part of the membership! I would highly recommend New Dimensions to anyone looking to improve their health, fitness and lifestyle!

I went everywhere to try and fix my back pain. I did chiropractic, saw a spine surgeon, worked with personal trainers and physical therapists. Nothing helped. Once I got to ND Wellness there specialized approach and exercise techniques had me feeling better almost immediately. I would never go anywhere else! New Dimensions is hands down the best!

When you walk into ND you instantly feel apart of the family. I cant thank the team at New Dimensions enough. With them, I have had the pleasure of living and training pain free for over a year now. The quality of life improvements have been second to none. From dietary advice, functional movement training, golf performance and more, ND has team members to help you with it all. Every day i’m there i learn something new that is easily applicable in my day to day life. Huge thanks again to all the staff at ND!

new dimensions is the best. Ask for Justin. he is so smart! my elbow feels amazing! i wouldn’t go anywhere else for rehab and training!
