I have coming for a year. Right after I had back surgery. They were and are instrumental in my recover process. They do such a great job at reading your body language while walking to figure out how to help you best. I barely have any back pain now and I contribute that to coming here just weeks after my surgery. Everyone is so friendly and so knowledgeable. I wouldn’t think about working out and doing therapy any place else!!

I love New Dimensions! I have been a member for almost two years and this wellness center is phenomenal! The personal trainers, massage therapists, physical therapists and others all work together to give you a health and fitness plan that works for you. I love the workouts, classes and amazing recovery therapies provided as part of the membership! I would highly recommend New Dimensions to anyone looking to improve their health, fitness and lifestyle!

I went everywhere to try and fix my back pain. I did chiropractic, saw a spine surgeon, worked with personal trainers and physical therapists. Nothing helped. Once I got to ND Wellness there specialized approach and exercise techniques had me feeling better almost immediately. I would never go anywhere else! New Dimensions is hands down the best!

This place has improved my life in so many ways. The physical improvements and pain relief have been transformative. The most helpful has been doing NET with Justin. He has helped me in ways I didn’t think were possible. The benefits to me and my family have been absolutely amazing!

Amazing facility and staff that go above and beyond, not only for current clients but previous ones as well. I needed custom PT records to submit to a medical provider and the team at New Dimensions went out of their way to get me what I needed. 5 Stars
