First time dining.. reservation at 630, they sat us down and it took me getting up to go talk to the hostess to see if we would be getting service 40 mins after sitting down. Only person that came to our table was to give us water. Keep in mind only 5 other parties in the entire restaurant it was empty. Brought my daughter out dinner and she enjoyed the salmon, octopus and souffle. I ordered a bone in rib eye some asparagus and au poivre sauce. We also added the lemon tiramisu and she got a carrot cake for her bday they sent out. Salmon, she destroyed so it was good. Octopus she also inhaled so she loved it. Went to be wowed at the brand new hotel and restaurant. Wasn't. The hotel is beautiful. The design and decor is next level amazing. I found myself captivated and looking at it all night. The service was still San Antonio, slow and just okay. The wine was fantastic, as it should have been. Bread was great. It was our first time here. We saw the announcement that the restaurant had just opened, so we decided to give it a try.
