Hunter Gray was an excellent handy man. Working for Omnikey he was a big help explaining to us our issue and getting it fixed in a timely matter very friendly.
I wish I can give a zero, the broker has a very nasty attitude, I’ve been trying to contact a agent by Lucien Saintfort about a property… Usually it’s a office number and cell number you can reach but in this situation the Cell and office number was the same.. Called and spoke to Kashif Siddiqui. Asked to see a recent listing at 55 Lefferts Ave, East Northport, he first tells me he can only show the property until 5 pm. Then says if I have my buyer to which I state I am the buyer and will use you as my agent. He then says he’s too busy to show the property and I can just go to the open house or see it in the morning. Was real nasty and didn’t make sense considering I was asking for him to be my agent. Stay away from this scammer.
Worked with this lady Ava Sinclair and honestly this company got to be a joke. That lady sat here and played games with me and stole my money. I’m doing everything in my power to sue her and this company because there’s most definitely going to be some consequences. This company is a scam.
I had a horrible experience with a real estate agent in this office. Denise Goban was in my home back in August of 2021. We did not list the home with Denise because she rushed through my house and gave me a over priced amount to sell my house. My house would never get approved for a mortgage with that price but Denise did not care about that.
