Alex Davidson was the Spinologic representative who went above and beyond my expectations during and after my C3-C5 ACDF surgery. She was super caring and helpful during this time of my needs. Alex was so amazing with me and all my questions! So very patient with me as well especially when it came to the end and doing the paperwork. I am not tech savvy and she helped me out. I figured out how to put the device on easily enough but not the paperwork. Alex took the time to really explain the device and what the benefits are to using it. She sold me on it immediately. Haylee was great to work with. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us get the bone stimulator my father needed. The device arrived promptly and she followed up to make sure the device worked properly and to see if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend Optima Surgical and especially Haylee.
