Alex was so amazing with me and all my questions! So very patient with me as well especially when it came to the end and doing the paperwork. I am not tech savvy and she helped me out. I figured out how to put the device on easily enough but not the paperwork. Alex took the time to really explain the device and what the benefits are to using it. She sold me on it immediately.
