The service has been consistently reliable, and my current host, Diego, is always responsive to the needs of the home. I recently encountered a situation that required membership support, and Anton went above and beyond to assist me—something I truly appreciate. I would definitely recommend PadSplit to anyone looking for beautiful homes that balance affordability and flexibility.
Kallen is great. Nice guy, nice home. The guest room was easy to settle into. I felt at home immediately. In chossing locations to stay, my hunch was that I would experience peace in his home as compared to other properties. And I sure did. This was my first time renting a room, and I must confess, I really kinda liked it.

Padsplit went the extra mile for me!!! I was in a really nice PadSplit room in Kissimmee, Florida when suddenly the property managers decided to leave PadSplit because of a problem with the homeowners association. They notified us via text message that we had to be out in two days when I say they, I mean, the property manager, (not PadSplit). The PadSplit representatives were so awesome!!! They basically offered to do whatever it takes to help me get to another PadSplit or even move elsewhere. They even covered the trans... read more
