**** came out to review an issue with our pool deck 20 years after installation. Amazing and personalized service! 20 years later our pool still looks great with no issues! Great company.
I was working with Paradise pools on a design for my backyard. We came to an agreement, and I sent them a down payment only to find out their email was hacked and the down payment went to the hacker. After working with my bank and the bank the down payment was sent to, I was able to retrieve most of the down payment but lost more than $7,000. Paradise took no responsibility for the lack of email security on their end and showed no care that I lost that kind of money. They did not offer or attempt to make it right in any way.... read more

In response to Mr. ******* review, the person deserving of a one-star review is the Hacker who compromised Mr. ******* email account! To be a ********************************************* TM customer there must be a signed and dated contract. This did not happen. My sales manager contacted Mr. ***** to see how the sales process was going and she was told all was good, that we had okayed a $6000.00 discount on landscaping and that he had wired a $30,000.00 deposit to a bank in ********.
