First time boarding our kitten for a few days, and I’m glad it was with Pawhootz. They responded to my emails very quickly to check on my girl and uploaded some adorable pictures showing her playing. After picking her up we also received a report card for her stay. Will def use them again.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this is about the care of our cat babies, Binky and Alice. We boarded our two cats at Pawhootz for the week of 4th of July. We always board them separately. The morning we were scheduled to pick them up, we received a call from manager Naomi. Binky had relieved herself and was sitting in her own fecal matter. She was so dirty, she needed a bath. Great experience! We just completed the first visit/evaluation for our extremely shy, high anxiety fur baby. I greatly appreciated the feedback and suggestions all the staff shared from Mason who helped us set up the appointment to Mia at drop off and Deborah at pick up. Thankful to have a place where my pup can learn, play, train and stay over when needed and I know she’s well taken care of. Leaving her in someone else’s care is always hard on my dog mom heart but finding Pawhootz has given me peace of mind and I can genuinely say I don’t worry about her when’s she’s there, they love her and she loves being there.

My Oreo loves Paw Hootz, we've been going to them for years. They treat us like family and we are so appreciative. We've boarded and also groomed him there. We look forward to using more of their fabulous services in the future!
