First time boarding our kitten for a few days, and I’m glad it was with Pawhootz. They responded to my emails very quickly to check on my girl and uploaded some adorable pictures showing her playing. After picking her up we also received a report card for her stay. Will def use them again.
Thankful to have a place where my pup can learn, play, train and stay over when needed and I know she’s well taken care of. Leaving her in someone else’s care is always hard on my dog mom heart but finding Pawhootz has given me peace of mind and I can genuinely say I don’t worry about her when’s she’s there, they love her and she loves being there.
I really hate leaving bad reviews but this is about the care of our cat babies, Binky and Alice. We boarded our two cats at Pawhootz for the week of 4th of July. We always board them separately. The morning we were scheduled to pick them up, we received a call from manager Naomi. Binky had relieved herself and was sitting in her own fecal matter. She was so dirty, she needed a bath. My pups absolutely love PawHootz and all the staff. They keep them busy with all kinds of fun activities throughout the day along with them having nap time which mine totally need! We also fully trust them loving on our pups and giving them the care needed when boarded for an extended period of time. The staff and trainers are amazing and always keep us up to date with any changes we need to be aware of! Thanks for everything y’all do for our pups!
The staff at Paw Hoots are the best! Each one truly cares about our dog. The facility is always clean professionally maintained. The grooming staff is top notch as well. We never think twist about leaving our fur-baby with these fine folks.
