Vaginal Wall Reconstruction and Labiaplasty I scheduled with Dr. Rosenfield at Pearl womens center for a vaginal wall reconstruction/tightening and a labiaplasty. Don't do it Everyone at Pear Women's Center is so friendly, from the front office to nurses and Dr. Rosenfield. I made an appointment three years after the birth of my son to find out about options to treat incontinence and overall issues with tightness. I was very nervous but Dr Rosenfield and his staff made me feel so comfortable and explained my options without any pressure. I opted to do the femilift treatment and am so happy with my decision.
