There are some great reasons to rehab with these folks. They are organized. They know what to do and record keeping is top notch and they know what the plan is when you walk in. They are competent. They know the play and run it perfectly. They communicate. Every time they work with me I learn more and get better. I would not have had the success throughout my journey of total knee replacement without the fine people at the Heights PTI Rehab facility.
Graeme and staff are attentive to addressing my issues, while making sure the condition is not aggravated. Like most people, I’d like to see immediate results but that’s not reasonable. PT Institute has worked with me at a pace that is starting to show positive results over a few weeks. I’m very appreciative of their efforts and professionalism.
Truly one of the best physical therapy experiences I’ve ever had. The team is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in your healing. They’re patient, supportive, and really committed to helping you feel better. I walked out feeling cared for and confident in my progress. 10/10 I highly recommend to anyone needing real support and healing.
My entire experience at PTI after my total knee replacement was Great!!! Helped my recovery so much !!! Everyone that works there are very professional and helpful!!! Marc was my main therapist, he was always very encouraging and motivating! I know I would not be in my recovery where I am now without working with PTI and Marc!!!
Amazing team they have been helping me with one of the hardest moments in life as try to regain body to recover to its original form and they are the 5 star team! They are knowledgeable have so much patience and make you feel right at home. no matter how busy or slow the day is they are always positive vibe to be around.
