I can't recommend PTI in the Heights enough! After dealing with a shoulder injury, I turned to them for help, and I’m so glad I did. The Staff was attentive to my needs to make my visit comfortable. Nice and clean environment. My PT was very hands on to make sure not only I received the best care with every visits but also home care to help with my physical therapy treatments. Thank you guys for all that you have done 🫶🏽
The staff at PTI is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they are all very kind and clearly care deeply for the wellbeing of all of their patients. They were very accommodating and made going to PT something to look forward to. The facility is beautiful and clean, and after a few weeks of treatments my injury is MUCH improved. I highly recommend this place!
I recently visited this facility and cannot say enough good things about the staff at PTI Heights. From Karen at the front desk to PT techs Maddie, Erin and Sarah they are all very nice and helpful. Mark the PT is very knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain everything about my treatment and answered all my questions. Mark took me from being in extreme pain to being able to perform every day activities again. I highly recommend this facility.
The Physical Therapists and support staff at PTI are very knowledgeable and competent. They really helped me recover from my injury and now I am pain free! Thank you Graeme and Marc!
