The office is very welcoming and getting started was easy. The hours are such that it is easy to work around my work schedule. The staff is wonderful! They really care about your recovery and give you an individual plan to get there. The facility is clean and comfortable, the equipment is like new. I really enjoy working with Matt and Courtney, they make the hard work a little easier and the process enjoyable. I just had my first physical training session, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and motivating. Ryan Smith was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my goals and fitness level. The workout was challenging but fun, and I felt supported every step of the way. I left feeling energized and excited to continue my fitness journey. I can't recommend this experience enough—definitely a five-star session!

I’ve been doing physical therapy at PTI with Matt and Courtney, and it’s been a great experience. They’re knowledgeable, supportive, and really care about your recovery. We had a great experience with Ryan Smith at PTI. From the moment I walked in with my brother, the staff was welcoming and professional. Ryan took the time to understand my brother’s injury and created a personalized treatment plan that really worked for him. We appreciated the clear explanations and encouragement throughout the process. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of physical therapy!

I broke my wrist from a fall and had to have surgery. Rebecca is my OT at the Sherwood location and she has helped me tremendously. She made my splint and has helped me through the whole process. Can’t imagine whah i would do without her. Highly recommend her!
