PTI is a top notch facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My PT, Leslyn Graves, was confident in her ability to help, and was true to her word. She was always evaluating my situation and trying different treatment strategies and techniques to find what was most beneficial. She set me up for success with a great home program. My experience at PTI has been excellent. I couldn’t be more pleased. Matt and Jo were both able to quickly identify problems with my shoulder and arm. Their entire team is professional yet caring and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The facility and equipment are state of the art enhancing an already great healing experience. I highly recommend PTI - West Little Rock.
I have had such a wonderful experience with the team at WLR PTI! I have worked with Maddie and Matt and they are two of the very best PTs in the area! Matt continues working with me both with traditional PT and dry needling- constantly thinking out of the box to provide the best level of therapy possible! Best in town, hands down.
PTI is amazing. All of the staff members are extremely nice and helpful. They push you just enough to ensure your therapy needs are taken care of. The clients are top priority at PTI and I would recommend PTI to anyone. Special shout out to Matt and Courtney. They are the best.
Came in for hip issues, everyone in the facility has been nothing but the best, real professional bunch with a very personable touch which helps put people at ease. Really have enjoyed my time here. And they take Tricare!
