I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at PTI. The exercises were challenging and thorough. It was rare that I left without feeling like I’d accomplished something. The staff was incredible. The office staff greeted me by name as I entered and left. I had Rob and Wes as my therapy team. There professional, attentive and always proactive in my care.

I’ve been seeing Carla for OT and Rob for PT for several weeks now and they have been so great! I’ve seen significant improvement in my hands, wrists, and back all while getting stronger at my own pace. I’ve loved working with them as well as their techs Jada and Wes. Their front desk ladies Rebecca and Latrice are some of the sweetest people and very knowledgeable about insurance. You will be well taken care of by everyone here!

Brittany and Trevor are a dynamic team. They have been so good to work with me on my clavical injury. They are passionate about their clients recovery, and work well together to create the best recovery excercises. It is so nice to know I have a great experience here at PTI.

Having been out of the gym for 4 years since having my son, weight gain, stress, and a sit down job, all led to me experiencing chronic low back and neck pain. I’ve been going to PTI for just a little over a week, and the staff especially Elysian and Kelly have been so friendly and wonderful!! They are very knowledgeable, and take the time to explain the exercises to you. If you are needing PT, I would definitely recommend going to see them!

I am currently in PT with Brad and MacKenzie at PTI for back issues. I have felt listened to and well taken care of by both them! I would recommend (and have) for anyone who may need PT for any reason to consider PTI as your first choice. And their newest facility in Maumelle is awesome!
