My experience at PTI was wonderful. Mackenzie and Sara were great. They showed patience and always checked in on me. The facility is bright and clean. I loved the natural light.
I have been to other physical therapy places and this is the first one that I have seen such a drastic improvement. I see my PT Hannah 2 to 3 times and week for my broken ankle. With the help of the PT tech Emily, I can now balance on my broken ankle and walk over a mile. Still improving but if I need Physical Therapy while in Arkansas I recommend coming to PTI in Maumelle. They are extremely kind and encouraging. They truly do push you to get better and listen when you have an issue. Best place to get physical therapy.
I’ve been having bad lower back pain, especially waking up in the mornings and my supervisor told me about Dry Needling. This place is amazing, I’ve had two treatments (I felt better after my first) and we’re working on my Core strength and back muscles. I have loved rehabbing at PTI. I have been working to recover from an ankle injury from tennis. Hannah and Emily have been my primary team and they have taken great care of me. The facility is brand new and clean and always smells amazing.

My therapist took the time to really understand my situation and made a personalized plan that actually worked. Every session was focused and encouraging, and they explained everything in a way that made me feel confident about my progress.
