Ryan is one of the absolute best physical therapists I have ever worked with! He really listens to me and tailors the entire treatment (each session) to whatever I am experiencing at that time. His assistant Chris is awesome as well! He explains and models every exercise so thoroughly, and he’s very attentive and patient with me. PTI on Hinson Loop is wonderful. Matt, Madeline, and Courtney are great. Matt explains the therapy and dry needling reasoning and expected outcomes to me at each treatment. The whole staff are personable, and the environment is friendly, casual, and professional. The equipment is top notch and well maintained. I’m thankful for the experience and treatment!
I had Mr. Matt, Ms. Courtney, and Mr. Isiah helping me with shoulder pain that has been bothering me for years. Even though I just started, the pain has already decreased a lot and it has overall been a great experience! The staff is amazing, super friendly, and welcoming. I’m very happy with the experience and I am very happy that I am already seeing results within the first week of physical therapy. I would definitely recommend PTI to my friends if they were looking for a spot to do physical therapy.
The staffs here are knowledgeable and friendly. My therapist was Mary, she is very helpful and thorough, she and her staffs would stay and watch you while you are working on your exercise to make sure you do it correctly. Every session is completed with exercising, stretching, and heat/cool treatment to help your muscle relax at the end. The office is very welcoming and getting started was easy. The hours are such that it is easy to work around my work schedule. The staff is wonderful! They really care about your recovery and give you an individual plan to get there. The facility is clean and comfortable, the equipment is like new. I really enjoy working with Matt and Courtney, they make the hard work a little easier and the process enjoyable.
