Great people work here! I highly recommend this physical therapy practice. From the first appointment, the staff was welcoming and genuinely invested in my recovery. My therapist took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my injury and built a treatment plan tailored to my goals, not just a generic routine. I just saw Leslyn Graves, PT, DPT, for my upper right shoulder blade and left inner ankle, and she is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I've been to several physical therapists over the years, including some in Virginia Beach, and no one compares to her. She took the time to really work on my back, and the dry needling she performed provided incredible relief. Walking into physical therapy for the first time was honestly intimidating. After fracturing my ankle, my doctor recommended the Physical Therapy Institute, and I couldn't be happier with that recommendation. From the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with kindness and respect. Ryan has been great to work with. He's always helpful, takes the time to listen, and works with me to be proactive rather than just treating problems after they happen. My goal is to stay ahead of injuries, and he helps me address issues before they become something more serious. Shoutout to the team at PTI Physical Therapy! My experience has been amazing so far. Anfernee and Isiah are both knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. They really take the time to make sure you’re comfortable while still pushing you to improve. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and their progress. The atmosphere is welcoming, professional, and motivating. I truly appreciate the support and positive energy every visit. Highly recommend!
