I had a wonderful experience during my visit. All of the staff, from the front desk to the doctor, were so kind. It’s so nice to have the comfort of knowing there’s a 24/7 emergency room that is top notch. I can’t say enough about how amazing Carlos, the RN, was. He was so kind and made sure I was comfortable during my whole visit. We need more People like Carlos, his kindness was so ultimately appreciated.
Here at Cibolo location and from the time you enter everyone is kind and thorough. RN Carlos is thorough and asks questions and makes sure you are comfortable. Dr. Hilliard listens and checked me out thoroughly with answers for my issue and a path to a specialist. No long waits or forgotten in the lobby or corridor like hospital ERs. Definitely will come back if I need to.
