I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Premier ER in Cibolo! From the moment I walked in with a broken foot, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Dr. Le’s professionalism and expertise put me at ease immediately. My bedside nurse, Clayton, was attentive and compassionate, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my visit. I brought my 16 month old in to the ER and the staff was so kind, efficient, and helpful. If we have to, this is where we will bring our kids. They were patient with me and my daughter. I felt seen and heard. It was also quick! They truly cared about getting her better. I highly recommend coming here if you need to!! We had Dr. Hilliard and nurses Clayton & Arcelia who were all just phenomenal.

Dr. Hopper and nurse Clayton were very kind and diligent in caring for my daughter today. As most moms know, it is difficult to find good care for kids due to the unique challenges that come with kids and medical care. Premier ER always provides excellent care for my family, whether if it’s my infant son, young daughter or my husband. They provide the utmost and best care. They are my family’s first choice when it comes to urgent or emergent care. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone of any age.

Just wow. This was the best experience at an ER we have ever had. The nurses and doctor Carter went above and beyond to ensure my 13 year old was taken care of and comfortable. From warm blankets, to coffee, to applesauce for my child to take medication with. They had CT scan in house. There also wasn’t any wait when we were there. It was also super clean. I can’t recommend this ER enough.

OOn January 8, 2025, we visited the ER and were impressed by the exceptional staff. Everyone was knowledgeable and treated us with respect. The doctor efficiently conducted CAT scans, MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays. The doctor was not only kind and polite but also explained everything in detail. We were provided with a detailed booklet of all the information and follow-up recommendations. I highly recommend this hospital for its outstanding service.
