I brought my 16 month old in to the ER and the staff was so kind, efficient, and helpful. If we have to, this is where we will bring our kids. They were patient with me and my daughter. I felt seen and heard. It was also quick! They truly cared about getting her better. I highly recommend coming here if you need to!! We had Dr. Hilliard and nurses Clayton & Arcelia who were all just phenomenal.
Very nice people. I came to get checked about a lower pain on my back. They did everything from urine samples to a X-ray machine. Everything came out ok. I just needed 2 shots from pulling a muscle. I do hate shots! But the Nurse (Clayton) made it real comfortable for me and told me everything is ok and he'll make fast. It wasn't bad at all but him talking and letting me know when he was gonna put the shot in me was a good peace of mind. So I gave this place 5 stars. I was really nervous and now I'm not. Just wow. This was the best experience at an ER we have ever had. The nurses and doctor Carter went above and beyond to ensure my 13 year old was taken care of and comfortable. From warm blankets, to coffee, to applesauce for my child to take medication with. They had CT scan in house. There also wasn’t any wait when we were there. It was also super clean. I can’t recommend this ER enough.
Everyone there is so friendly, fast and efficient. I get seen right away. The doctors are awesome, including the assistance, especially when I come in there in so much pain they are very attentive. Never had a bad experience.
My nurse, Clayton, made me feel comfortable and at ease during my visit. This was the least painful vaccination experience in my life, and he provided superb wound care and education. The doctor was short and to the point
